Here are the apparent top 20 sports in America!

Now i know you probably won't disagree with the top 5 of these, but what would you do about the rest?

1. American Football - This may be the obvious one but its true.
2. Baseball - Let's put it this way, the only competition to have a world series where only America takes part.
3. Basketball - Well simply put this is played by well over 300,000,000 people around the world.
4. Hockey – Although not an American Based sport this has been a fast growing one.
5. Golf – You can thank Tiger Woods for making this one so popular.
6. Wrestling - A huge sport, many Americans tune in to watch this.
7. Tennis - Not really an American Past Time, but definitely a well respected sport.
8. Skateboarding - This was really brought to life by America.
9. Surfing - Well, America helped this sport to make its mark.
10. Ice Skating - This has been a major sport in America, although it is often overlooked.
11. Boxing - Immense, probably my favourite, but needs a bit more TV time.
12. Soccer - Needs more work, but this sport is beginning to grow, the Americans just need a little shove.
13. Archery - America rule this battlefield, they always do well at the Olympics.
14. Volleyball - No man or Woman can go far wrong, watching or getting involved in a game.
15. Cycling - A very tough sport, especially in competition with nations, but America sticks to its usual greatness.
16. Athletics, or Track and Field - A big one for Americans, they always take strong hold in the Olympics.
17. Horse Racing - This may be a British Sport, but the Americans have taken it to a new level.
18. Rock Climbing - A sport for all to enjoy, indoors or outdoors, much fun to be had, and in great American scenery.
19. Extreme Sports - These are the sports you have a high chance of being killed in.
20. Auto Racing - If i were to mention all of them, they would take up most of the list, but bring on Monster Truck.
